This 6" wide by 4" tall (102mm x 153mm) picture frame features a built-in stand and slide-in back plate for secure display. Its backplate is designed 0.5mm smaller than the front, ensuring smooth insertion. In my print job, I utilized 10% infill, 0.27 mm layer height, and settings of 230F nozzle temperature and 110F bed temperature, completing each part in approximately an hour at accelerated speed. However, be cautious when removing the backplate from kapton tape as it tends to adhere. I plan to tweak the design for a ridge on the backplate to facilitate easy insertion and will capture better images of the frame in future.
