I'm pretty new to the 3D printing scene, so bear with me ;)\r\n\r\nI'm still hyped about printing just about anything, so I found a cool cat design and decided to print it as a "gift" for my girlfriend.\r\n\r\nAfter printing it successfully, I wanted to put it in a frame. I searched a lot but couldn't find any design I liked, so I created my own.\r\n\r\nI used Wood infused PLA and it turned out great! \r\n\r\nIt's my first design (using acad) and it has integrated nuts.\r\nUse your slicer to see at which layer to pause the print, install the nuts in place and continue printing.\r\n\r\nI apologize but I don't know the technical term for the screws & nuts I used but the specs are as follows:\r\n\r\nNut Inner hole 3mm, outer diameter 6mm. \r\nScrews 3x10mm.\r\n\r\nThe top part has a hollow hole to be mounted easily on the wall.\r\n\r\nNB: I printed the parts with supports with the front of the frame facing up to get a nice texture instead of a smooth glassy finish.\r\n\r\nIt can still be better and it will, soon!\r\n\r\nHope you guys like it ;) more to come... I'm thinking something with integrated magnets :)\r\n\r\n\r\nCat wall sculpture 2D: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3289774
