This is a simple case for a VIA EPIA P700 Pico ITX motherboard - including the back and front daughterboards. The design is split into two parts that are screwed together. Please note that the holes for the power button and power socket probably will have to be adapted to your needs. I had to scrape some plastic from them both, so they probably could have been slightly larger.
