Pico adapter for Kossel Clear

The initial design of this adapter was based on the Kossel Clear mounting plate's dimensions that were provided via email. This adapter is designed to accommodate both 1.75mm and 3mm Pico (Bowden Groovemount version) extruders for use with the Kossel Clear. However, it is unclear whether Kossel Clear's PTC fittings can be used; Pico's Bowden Groovemount threads are compatible with M5 PTC fittings (for 1.75mm Pico) and 1/8 NPT and BSP PTC fittings (for 3mm Pico). The Bowden Groovemount and STL parts for testing can be found on Thingiverse, while the required fittings can be purchased from B3 Innovations.
