Pico 40mm Press In Fan Shroud with 60mm LED Ring

I had required a way to mount the 60mm LED Halo Ring alongside the Pico hot end. The only sensible location to guarantee that the ring was centered around the hot end, was simply to attach it to the fan shroud. It will illuminate what is being printed quite easily and it is right near where the work is being done. I had combined all listed items in order to create this part. I had also added a cable raceway along the side to help keep the wires under control and in the correct place while the effector is moving around. Of course, you should use ABS to print this part so that it does not melt while the hot end is at high temps. Print Settings Printer: Custom Delta Kossel 250 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .25mm Infill: None Notes: ABS is highly recommended. Be certain that you know how to get the ABS to not curl or warp when printing otherwise you may have issues with the end result not fitting the fan into the opening or a very bad appearance.
