Pico 4 passive sound amplifier/enhancer extension

Some say the sound of the new Pico 4 is great with good bass, some say it's rather poor like me. Different opinions it seems, but the biggest difference could be due to different head- and earshapes. The sound-exit of the Pico 4 is too far away from my ears and can't deliver it's potential. This little extensions enhance it quite significantly. The print-orientation is already set and PETG or similar recommended. PLA is possible, but breaks easily and will get loose soon. Print it without support, but a brim is mostly necessary and better piece by piece. After removing the brim and likely stringings open the clip carefully with a nose plier like in the picture and attach it to the Pico 4 in the right orientation with the sound-exit inside-down. It should fit quite firm and not open itself or move around without force. If not, print it with increased line width (0.44 instead of 0.4 for example). With a 0.4 nozzle you want to use 0.15 or less layer-height for best layer-adhesion. Bigger nozzles not recommended, but 0.6 might work.PS: Updated larger version with 0.3 mm clearance. A further improved version with about +15% more sound-output can be found on Cults3D.
