We designed this project after crafting an automated device from scratch. The setup process isn't worth the extra effort unless you're working with 10 or more boards, as it gets extremely labor-intensive. We repurposed leftover eBay slides and a vacuum pump purchased from Amazon to create this build. The slide measures 12 mm in diameter, while the linear rods are a sturdy 8 mm thick. Our USB scope came directly from Amazon, ensuring high-quality results. A bushing is integrated into the sled, which can be easily removed and replaced with various sizes to minimize movement. This build was successfully completed on a TierTime Up printer, producing perfect prints every single time.
