Pick Holder with spring
thingiverse
This is a pick holder I created after one broke that I had from a guitar store. Strong double-sided tape, such as a 3M product, may work well for attaching it to an amp, guitar, desk, etc. The thin pick holder file works great for PLA but the spring is slightly weak and can hold multiple picks. The more picks this one has, the better it works. A dual spring file is provided for non-brittle filaments and may hold around 4-5 picks without breaking. This printed in PLA holds 1 or 2 medium picks and will break if a third pick is added. This may work with flexible filament; let me know if you try this in the comments! I have included separate files to print the spring in a different material for dual extrusion. It would be helpful to know if printing the case in PLA (or similar) and the spring in flexible filament (or nylon) works. If you want the Fusion 360 files, let me know! I would greatly appreciate any valuable tips; they will help me spend less time making and testing more functional designs like this one and my dual hinge.
