I need quick access to my available Juki Nozzle so I can easily exchange tips during a component placement run, that's why I created this base nozzle holder compatible with the Charmhigh CHM-T36 / 36VA / 48VA / 48VB. Printing Notes It is recommended to print the Nozzle Holder on its back, which will help avoid printing imperfections. Assemble Notes You will need: • Six (6) Socket screw M3 x 6mm. • Six (6) Hex Nut M3 x 0.5mm. • Print one (1) Nozzle holder. • For CHM-T36 PnP, print the juki_nozzle_base_CHMT36.stl. • For CHM-36VA /48VA /48V PnP, print juki_nozzle_base_CHMT36XX.stl. Safety Notes Make sure to check your working area's margin before installing the accessory, to avoid crashing the Pick and Place head against Nozzle holder. Installation Notes Secure the Nozzle Holder to the Base with the M3 socket screw and the hex nut. For the Charmhigh CHM-T36 snap the base to the front right side of the machine and you're done! Installing the base on the Charmhigh CHM-T36VA /48VA /48VB requires two (2) additional 5M screws to secure the base and can be installed on either side of the PnP.
