Piccolo Bust

Piccolo Bust

thingiverse

A Namekian reincarnation of evil King Piccolo befriends Gohan, Goku's son. Originally, a model was created in LightWave about 11 years ago to demonstrate Non-photo Realistic Rendering outlines in Java3D. This model is now available for printing as picolo.stl and stand.stl; print at 0.15mm layer height and 0.4mm extrusion width. The model is tilted without supports, necessitating a separate printed stand with a hole for attachment. Some users experienced difficulty printing the stand as a cylinder, so an alternative rectangular design was provided, although it still had twisting and wobbling issues. An updated version 2 of the models (piccolo.v2.stl and stand.v2.stl) has been released with improvements: attached eyes for solidity, removed inside mouth, and thicker cylindrical stand to avoid warping and wobbling. The updated models have not yet been tested for potential new issues.
