Picavet-PETG Construction Version 2018-01-29 This picavet was printed using PETG material on a Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B. The nozzle size is 0.3 mm, and the layer thickness is 0.1 mm. The line width and wall line width are both 0.4 mm, with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The filling rate is 50%, with a grid pattern that has a 25% overlap. The pressure plate adhesion is achieved through a skirt. Additional parts required for the construction include: * One 8mm aluminum tube * Four 6mm carbon fiber tubes, each 150mm in length * Four 3mm rubber bands * Six M3 screws * Six M3 nuts * M3 washers * Eight pulleys or ball bearings The end caps and double bearing blocks are equipped with v-groove pulley ball bearings. You can also print the pulleys yourself, choosing between versions with and without ball bearings. For those with ball bearings, MR 63 2Z W3 ball bearings are provided. To assemble the picavet, connect the end caps to the cross using a 3mm rubber band. The rubber band is guided by the 6mm carbon fiber tubes. Have fun building your Picavet! Thorsten Jahn
