Picavet for Action Cam 3 digital video camcorder
thingiverse
The Picavet system is an ideal setup for hanging a compact, torch-shaped video camera from kite line. It features a cross that maintains the camera's vertical downward position, although this can result in rather monotonous footage. To enhance the camera's versatility, add forks and legs, allowing it to point in any direction. For assembly, drill 3-3.5mm holes near the Center of Gravity. Secure the forks to the legs using a rivet (2 x 3mm washers and about 10mm of filament) on one side, with a 3mm machine screw and nut on the other. Glue a wingnut to the nut for easy in-field tightening. Approximately 4 meters of string is needed to thread the Picavet. For further details, visit http://www.kaper.us/basics/BASICS_picavet.html.
