I've designed an accessory for my gel gun, which is similar to airsoft guns but uses gel balls instead of plastic pellets. My original device has a small internal magazine that can hold a limited amount of gel balls, so I created a system to attach a larger container on top of the gun's picatinny rail. This container holds extra gel balls and feeds them directly into the internal magazine through a hole.
