This is a reworked design built on existing foundations, with a focus on achieving different heights. I believe this revised version will be very simple to print and boasts an impressive robustness and cool factor. Additionally, it will be significantly lighter than aluminum. You have the original 1", along with my redesigns for 30mm, 25mm, 20mm, and 16mm risers included in the design package. To achieve optimal results, print as shown in the accompanying images. A minimum of eight layers is recommended, with an infill percentage ranging from 30 to 50%. UPDATE: The redesigned component printed beautifully without requiring any support structures. Its strength is sufficient even when printed with PLA, although flexible plastics like ABS, PET, PP, PC, or Nylon would be a better choice. I tested it using regular PLA and PLA+ from eSUN, both of which performed well, maintaining stability on the rail. When securing the component with bolts, avoid overtightening to prevent shattering the plastic at the point where the bolt meets the nut, especially when using regular PLA, as it is prone to brittleness. Remember that the screws are merely there for temporary holding purposes; the primary means of retention lies in the rail's design. The rail itself functions flawlessly, demonstrating impressive durability (the mil-spec/design standards are not to be underestimated, even when printed from plastics).
