Picatinny Riser 15mm with Inclination Airsoft
thingiverse
I had an issue with my airsoft scope where the up/down regulation of the optic cross wouldn't let me aim high enough, so I created a 15mm riser with a 1-degree incline between the two ends. It works flawlessly now, and the scope is pointing slightly upward, allowing me to adjust it down and set my scope perfectly in place. To ensure durability, print the part at 90% infill. You can also opt for lower infill if you prefer, but consider the cost of your expensive scope. The 1-degree version performs admirably, but if you need more inclination, try printing the 2-degree version. In my opinion, one degree will be sufficient - it makes a significant difference. You may need to do some sanding on the rail, as every picatinny rail is slightly different in width. Be mindful of this when installing the riser. Remember to install the riser with care, as it's reversible. This means you can increase or decrease the scope's inclination at will. To complete the installation, you'll need 2 M4x30mm screws and 2 M4 nuts.
