These parts were designed to screw to the wall or a board to mount scopes and scope rings to. I have many scopes and ring sets that aren't being used currently and I like having all my stuff organized so I designed these in multiple variations to screw to the wall and store my scopes/ bipods/ scope rings and any other picatinny mount accessories. The variation are there for whatever your need or mounting preference is. Whether you're mounting to a wall stud or board you will have both orientations. Let me know if you have any questions.
