I printed lazerusrm's 90 Degree GoPro Mount for Airsoft guns, but the camera got in the way of my sight, so I kept researching until I found Whatsacc's solution - only to realize the GoPro was pointed downwards. That's when I opened Fusion 360 and designed something new. This is version two, made to be more compatible with 3D printers - one side is now flat, allowing you to print it without any supports.
