This is a picatinny rail cover designed to be printed in TPU and fit tightly into the rail. It was designed from the official schematics for 1913 rails. its about 7.25" long or 185mm. The file needs to be printed with the ladders down, so flip it over in your slicer. This file will not work with PLA or any hard plastic because you can never get it on. With TPU, you'll slide one side on then pull the other side up and over. once its on it isn't accidently coming off. No supports required. I printed at .2mm resoluntion at 240C with overture Black TPU and it came out perfect. Bed temp 50C this is my first design and my first TPU project!
