What's worse than showing up with a dead red dot sight? showing up with a dead battery and no spare. I wanted a place to store a spare battery on my rifle so that I would never be without a spare. The box is set to hold two 2032 batteries but will easily hold almost any coin cell. There are a few files to choose from depending on your printer and picatinny rail. The lid marked trimmed has the corner of the dovetail cut off to aid if fitting the top. It is better to have a slightly tight print and then sand it to a perfect fit IMO. Added some STL files that have no battery cut out so you can size the box for whatever you want.
