Picatinny Mount Template

This is a template for easy, customizable parchment holders similar to those found in Warhammer. Instead of being held together by glue like the original, this design relies on screws and nuts for secure assembly. After weatherproofing the paper, you can hole punch it to fit snugly between the plate and mount. For airsoft use, printing with PLA is a good option, while ABS is recommended for real guns. Nylon with an additive or PETG also work well, as long as they have high glass temperatures. If screws become loose, add glue to keep them secure. Required: * 4 M3 button screws at 8 or 10 mm length * 4 M3 nuts * 1 M4 screw and nut combo, or picatinny mount screw and nuts UPDATE: Through printing experience, I've learned that 3-4 perimeters are necessary for a smooth finish on lettering, unless you have an advanced slicer engine. Additionally, avoid mounting anything on metal surfaces without insulation between them and the barrel/chamber, as standard filaments will melt at the glass transition point. High-temperature filaments are exempt from this rule. Also, be mindful of engraving depth – too deep and it may appear uneven.
