Picatinny Flashlight Mount
thingiverse
My son wanted to mount a light to his airsoft rifle. This was designed for the Harbor Freight 588 Lumen tactical flash light. It's very bright and can be purchased for under $10 with a coupon. The light snaps into place and is held very securely. It uses a single 8-32 machine screw to lock it to the picatinny rail. I printed it in black Hatchbox PETG. I have not tried any other types of filament. I recommend that you print this standing on it's end (either end). If printed in the orientation shown in the blue 3D picture, I don't think it will be strong enough to handle the flexing while mounting and unmounting the flashlight in the holder. Also, no supports will be necessary. 4 perimeters 15% Gyroid infill 4 top and bottom layers Designed in FreeCad 0.19 and I included the file if you want to change it.
