This is essentially a replica of user PrintedFirearm's design, "GOPRO Picatinny," minus the etched detail on the mount's neck. To eliminate the etching, I inserted a wedge-shaped cutout, followed by refilling it with another wedge, all of which were designed using TinkerCad.
