Needed this for a PiCam 1.3, so the hole for the camera is square and offset. V2 Position of square cutout adjusted. OK, I remade the back to fit the bracket here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2886101. I've now printed it and everything works out fine. With this and my OctoPi case top, if you're mounting under the Ender3 LCD panel, a 1m ribbon cable should provide enough slack. My case is currently held together with some tape, but gluing each pin with a small blob of glue should be sufficient.
