PiBoy DMG Raspberry Pi Mount - use for heatsinks
thingiverse
Raspberry Pi / electronics mount for PiBoy DMG, to replace the original part. Allows the use of M2.5 hardware to install the Pi & a heatsink, to ensure everything is secure and properly clamped. I am using a 2mm copper heatsink available from Ali Express on my PiBoy. To mount it, I used the supplied hardware and some additional M2.5 countersunk 5mm machine screws, plus M2.5 thin nuts on top. If you are using the standard PiBoy case, you may need to modify your case slightly near the battery area in order to fit a heatsink such as this, as well as removing the 4 x Pi supports that are attached to the rear case. These can be snipped off quite easily with side cutters. Obviously, you mod your PiBoy at your own risk, so don't cry to me if you break something! I spent many hours developing this mount, so thought I'd save others the time and hassle of doing the same. Please do not include my design in creations you monetise without my permission. I'm providing this to the community for personal use only. This can be printed in any filament you desire. I recommend ABS using a 0.4 nozzle - the standard Cura ABS settings are fine, adjusted for your best filament temperatures.
