The original design, a SVG file for laser cutting, has been converted into a 3D printable SCAD/STL version. This conversion was achieved using DNewman's Inkscape extension for SVG to SCAD conversion, with some manual recomposition. However, there seems to be an issue with the scaling of the original files, possibly due to a bug in the conversion plugin. A corrected version has been provided as "scalecorrected.scad" and "scalecorrected.stl", but these are yet to be tested. The mis-scaled original files will be removed soon. The 3D print version is based on the original lasercut version, which provides details about bolts and other specifications. However, this 3D print version has not been tested either. It has been set for a 3mm thickness to match the acrylic thickness of the Pibow from the laser cut version, but it may need adjustments depending on the printer used. Smoothness has been set at 0.1 in the Inkscape plugin, which produces a pretty smooth result. The original SVG file can be simplified into a much smaller file with a smoothness of 0.2. Additionally, an extra pair of spacer rings were helpful in lifting the case above the VESA mount in the laser cut version. Extra spacers can be printed for this purpose or the STL file can be modified to include these built-in. Please refer to the original lasercut version for further details on bolts and other specifications.
