This innovative mounting concept is inspired by small-scale parallel computing. By installing a Raspberry Pi in a 5.25" desktop bay, you can create a hot-swappable Linux machine within your PC setup. With additional electronics work, multiple bays could be linked via local DHCP, resulting in an experimental Linux cluster computer. The bay design includes a mechanical lock for quick booting, 12v Molex power input, data output port, and front panel connections for USB and SD card access to the Pi; contributions are welcome!
