I've Finally Got It Working!!! My apologies to anyone who downloaded or tried printing before this date, as multiple layers were merged and I only discovered this after experiencing a failure myself. Completely Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1343501 (The customizer gave me a useless version, so if you do customize this, use Blender or another favorite tool to make it manifold and check the layers with your slicer) More edits than I care to admit to get this to work... and added custom screw inserts for wood screws - 65-degree face. Using the following options & Blender: Hole Offset = 0 Tab Thickness = 10 Long Tab = 0 Link Radius = 7 Inner Shaft = 3.8 Link Number = 11 Link Length = 17 Tab Length 0 = 25 Hole Offset 0 = 0 Hole Diameter = 0 Inner Tolerance = .6 Spacing = .6 Tab Length = 30
