The P180 Avanti boasts a unique design that sets it apart from conventional aircraft; its pusher twin turbo-prop engines are housed within the mid fuselage, behind the cabin, while the wing features laminar flow technology to reduce drag and increase lift. A stabilizer atop the tail and small canards at the nose further contribute to lift and maneuverability, with elevators located on the canards and horizontal trim on the stabilizers.
