I hacked a fan and heatsink directly onto my Pi4. The heat sink and fan were a tad too tall for the case, but I managed to stretch it a bit, remove some parts, and thin out the lid to make room. It's still a bit rough around the edges, but it fits okay. Now I need to tidy up the USB and Ethernet port slots.
