Mounting a Pi4 and 5" screen (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z68QXRH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to the T-slot V-slot Universal camera mount, I began with a quick draft. Note that this version required some modifications on screws due to misaligned holes. Drilling bigger holes may be necessary. Increasing the base thickness from 3 mm might also be needed. I utilized the universal mounts found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477180. In the attached photo, you'll see I used the 03-arm-new1cm and 09-BASE-new designs.
