I made a slight remix of bobtidey's excellent design, which I really love for its camera cable slot and the fact it's OpenSCAD! The only changes I've made are to switch to M2.5 x 3.5 x 4mm long knurled inserts, make it slightly taller, remove the screw countersink since I plan on using allen hex heads, and format the code a bit. I also made the base a bit taller to fit in the ZeroW and larger HDMI cables. I changed the holes through the base to M3-sized so that the M2.5 bolts have some wiggle room when trying to line up with the M2.5 knurled inserts, since I can never get them in straight! I also added a chamfer on the supports to add some strength at the base and prevent them from snapping off if too much lateral force is applied. Test prints fit fine with 8mm long M2.5 bolts. I plan on making another version with screw holes that go all the way through so it can be bolted together without knurled inserts, and maybe use M3 nuts & bolts since they're easier to find than M2.5. I also added a new version with a C/CS lens mount (and M12 mount within it) with the camera module inside the case.
