Pi Zero + Zero4U CCTV case
cults3d
Low-budget surveillance system designed specifically for Raspberry Pi Zero 1.3. This DIY project is printed in 0.1mm ABS, smoothed with acetone for a sleek finish. To assemble the system, mount the M2.5 screw head on the side of the Pi Zero facing outward, and secure it to the Zero4U using nuts. The motionEye software is used in conjunction with Raspbian Wheezy, providing seamless surveillance capabilities. Dimensions for the camera were sourced from raspberrypi-spy, while those for the Raspberry Pi itself came from raspiworld. Additional macrographs have been included in the documentation, requiring minor adjustments to achieve a polished look. A deliberate design choice was made to forego drilling a hole for the Mini USB port on the Zero4U, as the flex cable obstructs it. Here are the hardware components required: Raspberry Pi Zero - Version 1.3 Pi NoIR Camera Board rev 2.1 8MP Raspberry Pi Zero camera adapter flex cable Zero4U: 4-Port USB Hub for Raspberry Pi Zero (V1.3 only) USB to Micro USB with ON/OFF Switch Charger Power Cable for Raspberry Pi Wifi dongle RT5370 Up to three additional USB cameras can be connected using the remaining free USB ports.
