Pi Zero W Camera (CCTV) Enclosure
thingiverse
This is an enclosure for a Pi Zero W and infrared camera designed for a home CCTV system (typically running MotionEyeOS). The Pi Zero W (version 1 or 2) is mounted on a base plate that slides inside the enclosure once the camera is attached (with a very short ribbon cable). The camera (plus infrared lights) assembly is a pretty common design found on eBay, Amazon or AliExpress. The enclosure will support a Pi Zero W with or without a GPIO header attached. If you do have a GPIO header attached simply increase the enclosure body depth (Z axis) in your slicer by 12mm to allow for the header. The enclosure is intended to be semi waterproof, with a back plate that snaps into the enclosure body. Full water-proofing requires some slicone around the camera/lights lenses and around the USB cable entry. I've added a couple of files to produce a 'collar' that clamps the enclosure body and back together. One for an enclosure containing a Pi Zero with a GPIO header, and one for an enclosure containing a Pi Zero without a GPIO header.
