Pi Zero W and HifiBerry AMP2 Case

thingiverse

This little case is a perfect fit for housing a Raspberry Pi Zero and a HifiBerry AMP2. It's the only case designed specifically for these components, rather than the more common combination of an AMP2 and a Pi Model B. The main body of the case can accommodate any full-size hat, making it versatile and convenient to use with various modules. The two parts are held together by friction, which means that if your printer has trouble printing the tabs just right, you might need to give it a little help - a hint: hot glue and/or a file can be quite useful in this situation. It's worth noting that for aesthetic reasons, this case doesn't expose any of the Pi Zero's I/O ports. This means it won't work with anything connected to the Pi's peripheral ports unless it's small enough to fit inside the case along with the Pi. To get around this limitation, we recommend using a Pi Zero W (with wireless capabilities) and setting up the Pi for wifi and SSH access outside of the case, with any required peripherals connected. Once you've got everything set up, you can then button it all up in the case with the AMP2 and run any other commands through your wifi connection. Before putting on the cover, make sure to remember which terminals are positive and negative - the cover itself doesn't have any markings to help you distinguish between them.
