Pi Zero Face Case
thingiverse
Case for your Raspberry Pi Zero. This case snaps shut without requiring any hardware adjustments. Both HDMI and USB ports remain accessible even when the case is securely closed. Two distinct top covers are available, one featuring an exposed GPIO area where a pHat can be attached, or one with a textured surface. I've also included Autodesk Fusion 360 Files so you can customize the design of both the top and bottom cases if desired.
