pi zero case
thingiverse
Humans assemble pi zero cases with friction fit designs, no screws required. A snug or loose lid fit necessitates adjusting the scale. A precise .3 tolerance on lid to base clearance ensures a smooth operation. Update: I've added a top with a tighter tolerance, achieving excellent results. This custom top is .2 larger around the inner brim and labeled as pizero7.
