Pi Zero camera plastic connector substitute
thingiverse
I've managed to snap the plastic connector of my Pi Zero W camera socket. To repair the cable, I created a thin single-layer sheet with a small bump at the end as a makeshift substitute. The bump is designed (hopefully) to push the cable snugly into place and secure the connection. It's such an uncomplicated solution that anyone could have come up with it, but I decided to share it just for kicks because it's so tiny yet useful. Please use a 0.2mm layer height and 0.2mm first layer. The 0.2mm first layer is essential to ensure a proper fit. Note that the bump should be in direct contact with the cable when used.
