I modified https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2224691 and now the enclosure fits perfectly with the RPI Z headstock attached. I also remade the mounting system for this case, allowing users to screw directly onto the frame using existing screws. Unfortunately, printing the original mount proved unsuccessful for me - it consistently failed during production.
