Pi Zero Bumper Case
thingiverse
A Simple Bumper Case for the Pi Zero and Zero W. Preventing the Pi from shifting around, I decided to create a bumper case that would keep it firmly in place. To do this, I heated the end of a 1/4 inch drill bit with a lighter until it was red hot, then carefully melted the pegs so they were flush with the surrounding surface. To remove the Pi when needed, simply use a screwdriver to pry it loose or press from the back of the case and it should pop right out.
