Pi Zero 1.3 - super slim shell case
thingiverse
A sleek and slender shell designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi Zero V1.3, measuring just 2.4mm in thickness. Given the height of some components on the board, which stands at approximately 1.9mm, it's unlikely I could have gone even thinner. Notably, the HDMI port protrudes slightly, whereas the USB ports sit flush with the top of the case. This design is not compatible with the Pi Zero W due to my lack of access to that specific model. Four variations exist within this design: two versions feature GPIO cutouts and cpu cooling vents, while the other two do not. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2/0.15/0.1/0.05 Notes: I printed the cases featured in the photos using a layer height of 0.2mm and a first layer thickness of 0.3mm. The thinnest section of the case consists of just three layers, so please be sure to monitor that closely. Design Process: I began by scanning the Pi with a scanner, then importing it into Fusion 360 for further manipulation.
