All Fusion360 files are included. The design prints as two distinct parts: a front piece and a bottom/base piece. No supports are required, and it's optimized for a precise 0.2mm layer height. For secure mounting to the 1u bracket, use two M4x12 screws (an M4x8 screw may also work, but is slightly too short). The PCB can then be attached using M2.5 screws or m2.5 standoffs, which are ideal for adding a fan or cover to the pi. The updated pi-rack-bottom v2 features larger mounting points designed specifically for the pi.
