Pi-Plates Base With Brass Inserts
thingiverse
I edited the Pi-Plates base plate to use brass inserts so I could mount the boards more securely. Original base plate stl that I modified can be found here: https://pi-plates.com/3d-print-a-base-for-your-rpi-and-pi-plate/ I used M3x4mm brass heat set inserts and M3x6mm screws. Note: The Raspberry Pi officially uses M2.5 screws for mounting. M3 screws fit the mounting holes on my pi but check yours to see. You may have to change the scad file to re-render the model using M2.5 inserts or use a needle file to open the mounting holes on your pi to fit M3 screws.
