Pi-KVM USB Power Blocker Case
thingiverse
I designed this case to cover the USB Power blocker and to fuse together with it USB Cable nd the USB splitter. Case holds components tightly, nothing moves inside, It fits like a glove. This case solves two problems: 1) The case prevents the user from making costly mistakes. Connecting the one of the PI's USB ports directly to a computer without the power blocker can damage both the computer and the PI. Since the USB cable can no longer be detached from the power blocker and the splitter mistakes are eliminated. 2) It prevents the power blocker from being exposed and touching any metal surfaces which might cause a short circuit. **I am providing the Fusion 360 files so you can modify to fit whatever you have,** however, If you do not want to bother altering the original design or do not know how to, here is the list of the specific cables and adapter I am using for this buid. Parts: Screws: Hard Drive Screws, the ones with the round head, not the hex.
