M2 self tapping screws M2.5 Screws M4 counter sink bolts Printing: I used 0.12 layer height, but 0.2 should be OK. Printed using Eyrone black PLA. You should be able to print this four separate jobs. Left and Right Ears can be printed in the same job, no support needed Keystone mounts can be printed all at the same time, reorient the STL so that they lay flat. Left - 1 of these is needed, this is the part where the PI is mounted. Right - 1 of these is needed, this is where the ezcoo is mounted. Assembly. Use the 2 M5 threaded bars to join the main left and right sections. Do the nuts up, and tighten them to take up any sag, no need to put them under alot of stress. Mount the keystones onto the plates before screwing the plate into place, this should save some hassle, as the keystones are a tight fit. Use M2.5 screws to tighten the plates down. Fill in all the screw holes, 8 on the 9 port plate and 4 on each of the smaller ones. Use 4 M2.5 screws to mount the ezcoo kvm. The KVM is supposed to poke out of the back of the case, this gives a little more room to squish in the USB and HDMI cables. The tindie Power splitter needs a M2.5 bolt to hold it in place. You'll connect the power splitter here and to the ezcoo, then to the mains adapter. The PI and the geekworm adapter use M2.5 bolts to hold them in place.
