Pi Kappa Phi Starshield

This is a simply awesome design for the crest of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, the Star Shield. It's super easy to print and looks fantastic on a wall! For fun I engraved the class names on the back (it's hard to see because I didn't cut out the brimmed portion). I customized it with the Pi Kappa Phi letters, chapter designation, and initials for a few guys in my fraternity. Print Settings Printer: Taz Resolution: Fast Notes: What I printed is about 6 inches across but in the file I think it's only 4. For a decent size that you can hang on your wall that isn't small set the X and Y scale to 1.4 and the Z to 0.8 (the Z dimension is only to save some filament). I printed this on high speed and printed it with a brim for it to retain its shape. How I Designed This I used Solidworks, started from a circle, made a hexagon around it, indented the surface, cut extruded a star, did some guesswork with the swords, and cut extruded class names on the back - and it turned out amazing!
