The camera housing is adapted from a design by PMount. Its simplified so it is easier to put together. The Raspberry Pi 3A+ is kept close to the High Quality camera so that the ribbon cable can be short. This is to ensure the camera speed is not limited. The cable to the screen is longer. The camera housing is large to allow for more air flow keeping it cool for fast operation. Power for the screen comes from the Pi Output Header Pins 2 and 6. A 3A power supply is needed for the Pi with screen. The Raspberry Pi 4 power supply is good but needs a c to micro USB adaptor The screen back needs a raft unless your bed is perfectly level.
