A Slice of Pi for Mrs. Longo Mrs. Longo walks into class one day, and I'm thinking, "What's up?" She's got this big smile on her face, and I'm like, "Okay, what's going on here?" So she tells me that pi is 3.14. Now, I know what you're thinking, "That's not very interesting." But Mrs. Longo shows us a way to find the value of pi using circles. We draw a circle, and then we divide it into slices. Each slice represents a fraction of the total pie, so when we add up all these fractions, we get pi! It's like solving a math problem, but it's actually really fun.
