Human: Project box to enclose a computer controlled circuit based on the design found here: https://www.instructables.com/id/A-USB-Power-Controlled-Plug-Strip-With-Isolation/ Instead of USB, connect it to a raspberry pi via a 2-pin molex connector on the side panel. The front panel accepts a C13, C14, and 10 amp push button fuse. This setup allows for all components to be modular. A 100% infill was done initially, but it may be excessive. A 10% infill during mock-up worked well, although the screw holes were not tested. As much bite as possible is desired for screws holding components together. Screw holes should have been marked out for each component, but measuring skills were not trusted. Version 3 accommodates all components, but it's tight and has little room to spare. The fuse hole was particularly narrow. Version 4 added a couple of centimeters along the long axis to provide more space. Additionally, two millimeters were added around the fuse for easier fitting. Pre-drill screw holes for internal components to ensure accurate placement. Components Needed: * Multiple M3 x 6mm screws to secure components to the box * Optional: Hot glue gun (glued components in place initially, but screws are quite secure) * 1x Opto 22 Z240D10-17 Z Model DC Control Solid State Relay, Replacement Part Only, 240 VAC, 10 Amp * 1x C 250V 10A IEC 320 C13 Panel Mount Connector Socket * 1x USH Button Reset 10A Circuit Breakers with Quick Connect Terminals * 1x AC 250V 10A IEC 320 C14 Panel Mount Plug Adapter Connector Socket * 1x 2.5mm Pitch 2 PIN JST SM Male & Female Plug Housing and Male/Female Pin Header Crimp Terminals Connector Kit (requires a crimping tool) * Multiple female spade nylon quick disconnect electrical crimp cold-pressed terminals (size wires correctly, used 18AWG for 3.3v control wires, and 16 or 14 AWG for 120V power lines; use a crimping tool, not pliers) * 2x 5*20 mm fuse blocks (mine came in singles that snap together; ones accepting two fuses are also available) * 2x 5*20 mm 0.1A glass fuses * 2x TVS Diodes 1.5KE6.8CA
