Pi Case for Arducam HDMI Adapter With Fan (30mm or 40mm)
thingiverse
This is a unique design for a Raspberry 3B+ and it's a remix of "Raspberry Pi 3 B+ Ultimate Cooling Case" by Pablofette. The case is specifically designed to hold an HDMI adapter, a fan, and a on-off switch for the Pi. The Pi case is made to fit perfectly with an Arducam CSI to HDMI adapter that can be found on Amazon. It's used in conjunction with the HDMI camera mount available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3421954. What this design does is eliminate the need for a ribbon cable going to the camera and instead uses an HDMI cable, so you can have a longer cable if needed. It's also neater and much more robust than a ribbon cable. You will need a low profile HDMI cable either with or without a flat 90 degree end. The case also has provision for a 30mm or a 40mm fan. I put a 30mm fan in mine because it came with the pins for the GPIO connector. I also added a 10mm hole to the side of the case for a on-off switch. To mount the Arducam adapter, you will need some very small screws, but I don't know the size as I got them from another electronic project. Maybe they are M1 or M1.5. To mount the Pi, I drilled out the mounting holes and used screws. The original design used printed pins, which I have included in the STL file. The screws for the case were M3 x 25mm.
