I use a 5630 LED strip and a JST Connector (connectors are not necessary) to create a light source for my Raspberry Pi Camera case/cover, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:403712. I secure the wires with glue (epoxy). For my Anet A8, I use a Pi camera bracket that can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2312405. Either a 5630 or 5050 LED strip can be used for this application.
